About this role

TL;DR

You get GlassDollar's agents running inside the IT environments of Europe's largest companies. You sit with the customer's IT team, work out how their world is wired, and connect our agentic layer to it: Microsoft Teams, SSO, email, supplier and procurement systems. When a deal hinges on "will this work in our environment?", you are the person who answers yes and then makes it true.

The problem we´re solving
Large organisations already work with hundreds of startups and innovative suppliers, but that knowledge is scattered across business units, inboxes and procurement databases. GlassDollar OS gives them one system to discover, evaluate, test and adopt new solutions, from the central innovation team out to every business unit.
Our agents now bring relevant innovations straight to the people who need them, inside the tools they already use. Enterprise customers such as Volkswagen and Siemens use GlassDollar, and our agents are now rolling out to their business units. Each rollout runs through corporate IT: app approvals, login, security reviews, email allowlisting and data access. That is where this role lives.

What we're looking for

An engineer who is as comfortable on a call with a customer's IT architect as in our codebase. Specifically, someone who:
Talks to customers directly. You run the technical side of onboarding: you map a customer's IT landscape, answer the security and setup questions, and turn "we'll need to check with IT" into a dated plan. Knows how corporate environments really work. Entra ID, tenant admin consent, app approval processes, conditional access, mail gateways, data protection reviews. You know which questions to ask before they become blockers. Goes beyond Teams. Collaboration tools are the front door; the value sits in systems of record. You can get data out of a supplier master, a procurement suite or an ERP and make it useful. Builds what customers ask for. When a customer needs a specific connector, field mapping or approval flow, you scope it, build it and ship it, then make it reusable for the next customer. Helps close deals. You join late-stage sales conversations as the technical voice, de-risk the integration question, and own the path from signed contract to live agents. Writes things down. Rollout checklists, IT FAQs and integration docs that a customer's IT team can follow without a meeting.

What you'll do

Own the Microsoft Teams app. Build and maintain our Teams bot, adaptive cards and digests, Microsoft login (Entra ID SSO) and the email fallback for users outside Teams. Get through IT approval. Take the Teams app through each customer's review: admin consent, security questionnaires, permission scopes, allowlisting. Own the rollout checklist that makes the next approval faster than the last. Connect customer systems. Start with supplier master data (CSV and SFTP drops), then build connectors into procurement and ERP tools such as SAP Ariba, Coupa and SAP S/4HANA, so agents can see which startups and suppliers a company already works with. Be the technical counterpart for customers. Run IT kick-offs, field setup questions, debug deliverability and access issues, and keep integration timelines honest. Ship customer-specific requests. Field mappings, pre-configured business unit setups, admin controls, custom routing. Build them so the next customer gets them as standard product. Extend our APIs and MCP servers. Several customers are building their own agents. Help them plug GlassDollar into their stack through our public API and MCP. Support new business. Join sales calls where integration is the deciding question, write the technical answer, and get pilots live quickly.

Requirements

4+ years as a software engineer, with production experience in TypeScript and Node.js (or a comparable backend language and the will to switch) You have built and shipped a Microsoft 365 or Teams integration in an enterprise context: bots, Graph API, app registration, admin consent Solid grasp of enterprise identity and security: SSO, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, tenant permissions, and how corporate IT reviews third-party apps Experience integrating with corporate systems of record via APIs, file exchange or middleware, ideally procurement or ERP data You have worked directly with customers' IT teams and can explain a technical trade-off to an IT architect and a business unit lead in the same meeting Fluent English; German is a strong plus, since many of our customers' IT teams work in German Nice to have

How we work

We are a small product and engineering team in Berlin. We prefer written context and working software over meetings and heavy process. You will ship to production early, talk to customers in your first weeks, and work closely with product, our AI engineers and the commercial team.

How we hire

Intro call to get to know each other and the role Technical conversation about integrations you have built and the trade-offs you made Technical assessment: a realistic integration scenario, usually a small proof of concept or a walk-through of a customer IT setup Offer Don't check every box?
