This role supports the order process from initial request through final delivery and closeout, including request validation, product confirmation, vendor engagement, pipeline management, operational quality control, and communication with internal stakeholders and external service providers.

The Coordinator maintains accurate order and vendor records, supports departmental service-level expectations, and identifies and escalates issues requiring additional review. The position works closely with department leadership and other Collateral Risk personnel to support consistent and effective collateral risk processes across commercial, residential, and agricultural lending.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

- Receive and validate appraisal, evaluation, reconsideration-of-value, and environmental requests from lending business lines; obtain missing property, transaction, access, and supporting information as needed.

- Review order information for completeness and confirm the appropriate valuation or environmental product using established procedures, system rules, department guidance, and assistance from appropriate department personnel as needed.

- Return incomplete or inaccurate requests to the requester for correction and escalate unresolved, unusual, or complex matters through established department channels.

- Enter, maintain, and manage orders within the valuation order management platform from initial request through final delivery and closeout.

- Engage approved appraisers, appraisal management companies, environmental providers, and other vendors using established assignment guidance and automated or manual workflows; obtain bids, fee quotes, and estimated delivery dates when required.

- Monitor the shared order pipeline, vendor acceptance, property inspection status, due dates, and report delivery to support departmental service-level expectations; follow up on delayed or outstanding assignments and escalate service concerns when appropriate.

- Communicate professionally and responsively with producers, production assistants, Loan Operations, underwriting personnel, reviewers, vendors, and other internal stakeholders regarding order status, missing information, timing, and service issues.

- Perform operational quality-control checks to confirm completed reports are associated with the correct orders and that the required products and supporting documentation have been received.

- Maintain approved provider records and credentialing information; follow up on outstanding requirements, verify updated documentation, and complete required system approval steps in accordance with established procedures.

- Support departmental procedures, controls, reconsideration-of-value administration, compliance requests, audits, examinations, system testing, vendor-management activities, and process-improvement initiatives as assigned.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in banking, finance, business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.

- Two or more years of experience in banking, loan operations, mortgage operations, underwriting support, real estate valuation, appraisal coordination, environmental due diligence, or a related financial-services function.

- Familiarity with commercial, residential, or agricultural real estate lending and related appraisal, evaluation, environmental due diligence, or collateral processes is preferred.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of time-sensitive requests accurately and consistently while meeting established service-level expectations.

- Strong customer-service and communication skills, with the ability to work professionally and responsively by telephone, email, and workflow systems with internal stakeholders and external service providers.

- Ability to review information for completeness and consistency, follow established procedures and decision guidance, exercise sound judgment, escalate issues appropriately, and handle confidential information with discretion.

- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and the ability to learn valuation order management, loan origination, workflow, document management, and secure file transfer systems; experience with ValueLink, nCino, Salesforce, Fiserv Nautilus/Director, ShareFile, or MOVEit is preferred.

WHAT WE BRING TO THE TABLE:
