Job Responsibilities

- Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and internet leads.

- Follow up with prospective customers via phone, email, and text.

- Schedule appointments for vehicle sales and test drives.

- Contact potential customers and follow up with previous leads.

- Maintain accurate customer information .

- Confirm appointments and help improve traffic.

- Provide excellent customer service and support the service team.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and telephone skills.

- Friendly, professional, and customer-service-oriented attitude.

- Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills.

- Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software.

- Previous automotive, sales, call center, or customer service experience is a plus.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
