About this role
Milkco is looking to hire a 1st Shift Caser/Sealer in our Production department. The position is full-time & requires working alternate Saturdays (no more than 5 work days total each week). The position is full-time & requires working alternate Saturdays (no more than 5 work days total each week). The hours are 5:00 am - 1:30 pm Monday - Friday, and 5:00 am until finished on Saturday.

Compensation Information:
- Automatic 60-Day Pay Review
- Automatic Annual Pay Review
Employment Requirements:
- Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening (provided by Milkco).
- Will conduct a Criminal Background Check.
- Must pass an E-Verify Screening.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand a minimum of 7 ½ hours per day.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs.
Experience:
- Will train the right person.
- Prefer that applicants have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must want to work and have excellent attendance.
- Need to be cooperative and able to get along with a lot of people.
- Must be a team player with the ability to contribute in a team atmosphere
