This is an opportunity to join Apple Finance as an Order to Cash (O2C) Lead. You will support customers of many sizes across multiple regions, with a wide variety of billing models, payment terms, and invoicing formats. In this role, you will own and evolve an O2C function that can handle diverse commercial structures, turn manual processes into a repeatable and auditable operating model, and scale it globally within Apple’s finance ecosystem. You will partner closely with Global Business Services, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Collections, and Sales to make sure every invoice is accurate, every dollar is applied, and every process is ready for audit.

Minimum Qualifications

Proven track record of building or re-architecting O2C processes in a global organization, especially in complex or ambiguous environments
Deep knowledge of accounts receivables, credit management, invoicing, and cash application at scale
Strong controls mindset; public accounting or audit background and a professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) a plus
Hands-on experience with SAP; familiarity with billing tools and automation a plus
Ability to operate with a high degree of ambiguity and translate evolving requirements into durable processes
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

Experience navigating cross-organizational dependencies at a large, matrixed company, with specific examples of how you identified and managed interdependencies to keep initiatives on track.
Experience adapting quickly to shifting or unique stakeholder requirements, with specific examples of building influence and alignment across internal and external groups with competing priorities.
Experience mediating disputes or negotiations between stakeholders and driving resolution with minimal escalation, including examples where you made a difficult call under pressure.
Experience distilling ambiguous, multi-variable problems into clear recommendations for executive audiences, e.g., through structured frameworks or executive summaries.
Experience revisiting or reversing a prior decision based on new data or analysis, even after significant time/resources had been invested, and owning the outcome with stakeholders.
Experience building a team from the ground up or significantly scaling an existing team, including recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring talent.
Experience identifying and resourcing gaps on a team or project proactively, before they became blockers, with specific examples.
Experience conducting user or stakeholder research (e.g., interviews, surveys, feedback sessions) to directly inform product, program, or business decisions.
Track record of exceeding measurable goals or targets in a prior role, with specific metrics where possible.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and aligning senior stakeholders or executives on complex or ambiguous initiatives.
Experience prioritizing effectively under competing deadlines and ambiguity, with examples of seeing an initiative through despite setbacks or resistance.
Experience coaching or mentoring team members toward individual goals, with examples of measurable growth or promotion outcomes.
Experience developing a new strategy or approach from scratch, using structured analysis to identify what to cut and what to prioritize, with a specific example of a strategy you shaped.
