Orangetheory Fitness Bedford is currently looking for fun, intelligent and passionate Fitness & Health Enthusiasts to join our growing team!
We have 3 locations in the HRM- Larry Uteck Bedford, Young St Halifax, and MicMac Mall Dartmouth. We are currently hiring for our Bedford location.

You will build relationships with OTF members and the community in order to help maintain and build member base and you will be responsible providing our members with a best in class customer experience.

Requirements

Education and/or Experience Required:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Sales experience and customer service experience is a great asset for the Sales Associate Positions

Computer Skills:
• Sales Associates must have a good knowledge of how to use a computer. Our main operating system is Mind Body Online (MBO) and must be able to learn this system in a timely manner in order to be successful in their position.

Job Types: Part-Time, Full-time, Commission, Permanent
Salary Ranges:
• Sales staff will receive $17 per hour plus commissions on booking new clients and selling memberships
• Sales Associate positions lead into Assistant Studio Manger, Studio Manger and Regional Manager positions with greater salaries and bonuses
• Sales Associate positions also lead into Coaching positions, many of our current coaches started as Sales Associates

Salary: From $17 per hour (opportunity of increase hourly wage every 6-months with the company)
