Job Title: Assistant Project Manager - IBMS

Job Summary
We are seeking Assistant Project Manager - IBMS to manage and execute Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) projects across Mumbai. The role involves end-to-end project execution, coordination with stakeholders, installation supervision, commissioning, and project management for systems including CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), and Building Controls/Automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage execution of IBMS projects from initiation to handover.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of: CCTV Surveillance Systems Access Control Systems (ACS) Building Automation & Controls Systems (BMS) Fire & Security Integration Systems
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Conduct site surveys and provide technical support during project execution.
- Monitor project costs, material utilization, and resource allocation.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors for successful project delivery.
- Support customer acceptance testing and project handover activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Experience in execution and project management of IBMS/BMS, CCTV, ACS, ELV, or Security Systems projects.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals and field device integration.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and project specifications.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Building Automation Systems, Security Systems, and Integrated Solutions.
- Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and risk management.
- Exposure to HVAC controls, PLC/DDC Controllers, and Industrial Communication Protocols.
- Customer-facing project execution experience.
