Security Shift Supervisor

Shifts Available:

- Full-Time 1st Shift, Monday - Friday 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM

- Full-Time 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Responsibilities of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

- Manage daily security operations and ensured high-quality service delivery.

- Maintain security logs, records, and post orders.

- Serve as the primary liaison between the client and security personnel.

- Promote a strong safety culture and incident prevention efforts.

- Respond to emergencies, ensuring timely communication and reporting.

- Supervise and support shift personnel and site operations.

- Recognize employee achievements and addressed performance issues as needed.

- Maintain professional client relationships and service standards.

- Exercise sound judgment and performed additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications of Security Officers:

- At least 21 years of age or older

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Non-commissioned security license through the state of Texas required!

- You have at least 6 months to 1 year of supervisor experience

- Strong customer service skills

- Familiarity with report writing

- Previous metal detections experience

- Prior badging experience is a plus

- Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks

- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, or climb stairs for extended periods

- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

- Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of proven security experience via TOPS history

- Must have excellent customer service experience

- Must have a professional appearance and demeanor
