Senior Sales Coordinator

Job Requirements

The ideal Senior Sales Coordinator will collaborate closely with our sales team to engage clients effectively with our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction. They will promptly handle order entry, monitor bookings, manage change orders, handle renewal agreements, maintain bid lists, and communicate effectively with the team regarding customer statuses.

Compensation

The expected pay range for this position is $61,600 - $92,400 annually , depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

Stark Tech reasonably expects to pay within this range at the time of hire. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.

Work Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- 10 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or coordination roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales management software.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work cross-functionally.
- High attention to detail with ability to deliver accurate documentation and proposals.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
- Valid driver’s license.
