• Own lifecycle tracking for software purchases and renewals (including PoPs, quantities, entitlements, and costs) and ensure accurate, timely reporting on software spend and renewal status to DS CIDO leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead processes to track software Periods of Performance (PoPs); coordinate renewals and quote refresh with requestors and CIDO PMs to avoid lapses and align to budget cycles.
• Develop, maintain, and present recurring procurement and software spend reporting and metrics for senior stakeholders.
• Mentor others and share procurement best practices across the team, particularly related to software/IT purchasing and reporting.
• Establish and maintain data management best practices for DS CIDO quotes, BOMs, software records (licenses, PoPs, renewals), and procurement files.
• Ensure all procurement actions comply with FAR/DFARS, CPSR standards, and internal Northrop Grumman procedures and controls.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, schedules, and technical needs; provide proactive status updates, risk identification, and issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain accurate procurement documentation, audit trails, and system records in approved tools.
• Support internal and external audits, data calls, and management reviews with timely and accurate procurement data and analysis.
• Participate in and/or lead process improvement initiatives to streamline procurement workflows and enhance compliance, quality, and cycle time.
Basic Qualifications:
