- Support the development and implementation of automation and artificial intelligence initiatives, and advance digital requirements by defining business needs, data quality expectations, integration points, workflow requirements, reporting needs, privacy and security controls, user testing, deployment readiness, and adoption measures.

- Use operational data, external insights, and structured root-cause analysis to prioritize process simplification, automation, touchless processing, self-service, and recurring-issue elimination.

- Ensure adherence to procurement policy, delegation of authority, segregation of duties, documented procedures, records requirements, and applicable legal, regulatory, and quality expectations; ensure delivery against agreed service levels and own timely remediation of control and audit findings.

- Create value by building trusted relationships regionally and globally, proactively understanding stakeholder needs, constructively influencing expectations, and securing cross-functional alignment on service and transformation priorities, with accountability for value creation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
