- Align cross-functional leaders around priorities, customer value propositions, implementation, and performance.
- Develop innovative partnership models that expand access, support profitable growth, and strengthen BD’s position as a strategic partner.
- Anticipate market, policy, and competitive shifts and adjust strategy proactively.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while building organizational capability and succession depth.

What You Bring

- Significant progressive leadership experience in MedTech, healthcare, strategic accounts, or national account management.
- Deep knowledge of GPO and health-system business models, complex contracting, and value creation.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to evaluate sophisticated trade-offs and create sustainable value.
- A record of leading high-performing teams and enterprise initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Executive presence and credibility with senior customers and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to travel nationally as required.
