About this role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical and Swing Bed team. The RN will provide quality, patient-centered care, assess patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to develop and implement individualized care plans. Responsibilities include caring for acute medical-surgical patients and patients requiring skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. Candidates must have a current RN license, strong critical-thinking skills, and excellent communication abilities. Previous Med Surg or Swing Bed experience is preferred.
