About this role
Clausen Miller P.C. seeks a first-party property coverage and defense Associate or Partner level attorney with 3 – 12 years’ experience to be based in our California office. Applicants must reside in the state and hold an active license in good standing with the California state bar.
Applicants should have excellent writing skills with experience writing coverage opinions for insurers and/or defending them in lawsuits filed by insureds. Clausen Miller P.C. offers a hybrid in-office/remote work schedule (3 days in office w/ 2 days remote) or fully remote employment options.

Salary range for this unique role is $120,000 to $200,000 per year DOE.
