About this role
We believe a story can change what a person can see: not by arguing, but by showing them something true they didn’t have words for. Dream Three is a story studio built to deliver best-in-class, genre-spanning narratives across mediums, including film and series, theater and live events, publishing and music, and digital and immersive. If you’re looking for a team that takes big creative swings and doesn’t settle for less than excellent, keep reading.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re hiring a Creative Technology Associate to work directly with the founder and senior leadership, turning creative direction and technical ideas into polished, useful digital work. You’ll make decks and visual materials, refine video edits, update websites, and help develop company systems. We use technology to enable the platforms and systems that set the stage for our creatives to do their work.
This is a junior, hands-on role for someone with strong aesthetic taste and technical acumen. You’ll receive direction and feedback while taking ownership of execution. This isn’t a coding role; bring your dedication to make something beautiful and an ability to figure out how things work. The role starts part-time, with room to grow into more hours and a larger creative and technical scope.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
· Your work is polished and accurate, and easy for others to access and use.
· Your files, versions, and handoffs are organized; feedback carries through into the next assignment.
· As you learn our tools and operating systems, you handle recurring work with less repeated direction.
WHO YOU ARE
· You notice typography, pacing, and details, and care enough to get them right.
· You approach unfamiliar creative and technical challenges with curiosity, resourcefulness, and a willingness to find solutions.
· You’re fluent in modern creative and automation tools, and able to discern when a tool improves the work and when it doesn’t.
· You welcome candid feedback, communicate early when blocked, and take pride in finishing what you start.
· You have a sense of humor that survives a deadline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Design + Presentations: Build and refine pitch decks, presentations, one-sheets, and visual assets from approved direction.
· Video + Media: Implement simple edit notes, tighten sequences, update titles and captions, create cutdowns, and prepare checked exports.

· Website Support: Update content, layouts, and page sections using established components; check how the work looks and functions before review.
· Systems + Automation: Build the automations and workflows that keep a multi-platform studio running, so our creative teams can focus on delivering their projects. Organize information and assets, help build and test internal systems, document processes, troubleshoot issues, and contribute ideas for making everyday work more efficient.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
· Work samples demonstrating design or presentation ability and video-editing fundamentals. Personal, school, freelance, and professional projects all count.
· Ability to interpret a brief, apply notes accurately, troubleshoot everyday software issues, and deliver organized, editable files. No specific degree or minimum number of years is required.
TOOLS YOU’LL USE
Adobe design and video tools, presentation software, Frame.io , Dropbox, Asana, and Airtable, alongside approved web and automation tools. Experience with comparable software is welcome; you do not need to know every tool on day one.
PLUSES
Experience updating websites, working with code, organizing structured information, or building a small workflow or automation. Curiosity backed by a project you can show is welcome.
