- Evaluate and onboard 3PL partners; establish service levels, pricing, capacity expectations, and performance reviews covering accuracy, quality, productivity, and delivery.

- Oversee component and finished-kit inventory controls, including receipts, usage, damage, cycle counts, reconciliation, and disposition of excess or obsolete stock.

Logistics and Retail Fulfillment

- Ensure enforcement of retailer routing guides, booking windows, carton and pallet labeling, and delivery requirements; investigate chargebacks, support disputes, and prevent recurrence.

- Provide reliable and proactive order and launch visibility to account teams and clients; lead critical escalations with options, cost implications, and recovery dates.

Financial and Operational Performance

- Own production and logistics budgets and cost controls, including product, freight, warehousing, kitting labor, storage, rework, and other fulfillment costs.

- Partner with Finance and Commercial Revenue & Margin Operations to validate COGS and landed costs, approve changes within delegated authority, and reconcile estimated versus actual costs.

- Track on-time delivery, production milestones, kit and order accuracy, inventory accuracy, cost variances, and chargebacks; use root-cause analysis to drive measurable improvements.

- Build repeatable workflows and reporting across ERP, EDI, and 3PL systems; use automation and AI to improve visibility, data accuracy, and execution speed.
