We are seeking a Temporary Recruiter / Sourcer to support our Corporate Talent Acquisition team. This role will primarily focus on proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates for corporate positions across a variety of functions. In addition to sourcing, this individual will manage full-cycle recruitment for select positions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and other creative sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future corporate hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening to assess qualifications, interest, and alignment with open positions.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and hiring manager communication.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in Workday and other recruitment systems.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in corporate recruiting and/or talent sourcing.
- Strong experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Ability to recruit across a variety of corporate functions and position levels.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Workday Recruiting preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or a high-volume corporate recruiting environment is a plus.
