You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales for our high-quality eyewear products and accessories. About the Role:
As a Retail Associate, you will be at the heart of our retail operations, engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You will contribute to maintaining an inviting and organized store environment while ensuring that stock levels and visual merchandising meet brand standards. This role demands a proactive approach, attention to detail, and an ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, understanding their requirements, and offering expert advice on eyewear products.

- Assist customers with product selection, fittings, and styling to ensure satisfaction and enhance their shopping experience.

- Maintain the store’s visual presentation, including merchandising displays, stock replenishment, and cleanliness to align with brand guidelines.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling payments and returns in accordance with company policies.

- Support inventory management activities such as stock receiving, monitoring stock levels, and organizing back-stock areas.

- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to achieving store performance objectives.

- Stay informed about the latest product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions to effectively educate and engage customers.

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous retail experience, especially in fashion, eyewear, or luxury goods, is advantageous.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse customers.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting, managing multiple tasks simultaneously with professionalism and enthusiasm.

- Attention to detail with an eye for visual merchandising and store presentation.

- Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic technology applications.

- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.

- A passion for customer service and a genuine interest in eyewear products and trends.
