About this role

Organization Overview

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is accelerating global growth through advanced AI infrastructure and strategic customer engagement. The Global AI Infrastructure & Strategic Pursuits organization owns all OCI sales globally and leads high-impact OCI initiatives across regions, partnering with executive leadership, engineering, and field teams to deliver complex, large-scale opportunities.

Role Overview

Oracle is seeking an experienced Commercial Technical Program Manager (IC5) to support one of our most strategic global customers.

This role sits at the intersection of technical program management, commercial execution, and strategic customer operations. The successful candidate will serve as a critical bridge between Oracle's engineering, infrastructure, product, finance, legal, and commercial organizations, translating complex customer requirements and contractual commitments into actionable execution plans.

Unlike a traditional technical program manager focused solely on engineering delivery, this role requires strong commercial acumen and an understanding of how infrastructure readiness, capacity availability, deployment timelines, and customer commitments directly influence revenue realization and long-term account growth.

The Commercial TPM will work alongside strategic account leadership to coordinate large-scale customer engagements, manage dependencies, anticipate risks, and drive accountability across multiple organizations. Success requires someone who can operate comfortably in highly ambiguous environments, navigate complex technical and commercial discussions, and independently drive high-priority initiatives from planning through execution.

This is a highly visible, customer-facing role requiring exceptional organizational discipline, technical curiosity, business judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
