How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Direct daily clinic operations and facility management to optimize workflow efficiency, maintain full provider schedules and elevate the patient experience.
- Lead, coach and mentor cross-functional clinic staff to foster a high-performance culture, drive accountability and support continuous professional growth.
- Manage performance metrics and operational standards by analyzing data, implementing solutions-oriented improvements and maintaining clear team communication.
- Provide hands-on cross-trained operational support across front-office patient access and back-office clinical workflows whenever needed.
- Spearhead new clinic site openings and expansions to support aggressive regional and national growth initiatives over the next two to three years.
Additional Preferences
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or a related field
- Minimum of three to five years of physician practice management or clinic operations leadership experience

Education
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
