- Conduct automated security testing, streamline IAM approval workflows, and execute permission audits.

What you'll bring

- Deep hands-on expertise implementing Row-Level (RLS) and Column-Level Security (CLS) in cloud platforms (BigQuery preferred).
- Strong proficiency in complex SQL logic, query optimisation, and semantic layer structures to evaluate data transformations and enforce privacy controls.
- Demonstrated ability to manage risk exposure and direct technical vulnerability remediations.
- Solid track record of automating identity management, access approvals, and security testing within continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Expert understanding of PII protection and regulatory compliance standards, including the Australian Privacy Act and GDPR.
- Practical experience securing modern BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Collibra)
- Excellent analytical skills paired with a collaborative mindset to influence cross-functional teams across Data Engineering, Data Science, and Cyber Security in driving a 'privacy by design' culture.

What you’ll experience

- A business with endless career possibilities and across every discipline – with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network.
- Access to Sonder. Sonder provides free confidential 24/7 personalised financial, medical safety, psychological or physical support for team members and their families.
- A progressive and competitive leave policy that gives you more space for what matters to you.
