What you'll do

Ready to drive workforce transformation and shape team experience across some of our biggest eComX initiatives? We’re looking for a sharp, commercially-minded Team Experience Partner (TXP) - Strategic Projects to join the team on a 12 month contract!

- Partner directly with eComX leadership, Legal, and IR/ER teams to translate strategic goals into high-impact transformation initiatives.
- Partner with external union bodies to ensure compliance and meet legal obligations
- Support IR matters across strategic projects to ensure alignment with organisational requirements.
- Leverage data, analytics, and insights to diagnose business challenges, prioritise key initiatives, and inform strategic decisions.
- Work alongside our IR & ER teams to build a proactive eComX workforce strategy, union engagement plan and partner with eComX leaders to execute our union engagement plan
- Coach and empower operational leaders to navigate complex IR/ER decisions with confidence.

What you'll bring

- Speed & Agility: Ability to move at pace in a large and complex environment, and agility to pivot effortlessly as business needs evolve.
- IR & ER Expertise: Solid background in complex, unionised environments with experience engaging unions and external bodies. Experience with the Transport workers union is highly regarded.
- Commercial Acumen: Exceptional capability to pragmatically balance legal, operational, and business goals with ease.
- Values-Driven Mindset: Pragmatic, data-driven problem solver aligned with our values: I Care Deeply, I Listen & Learn, and I Always Do the Right Thing.
