About this role
Infor is seeking a QA Analyst to support testing and quality assurance efforts for the Agentic Hub platform. This role will focus on validating AI-powered applications, ensuring product quality, reliability, scalability, and exceptional user experiences. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and UX teams to deliver high-quality releases.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Design, develop, and execute functional, integration, regression, and exploratory test cases.
- Validate frontend and backend functionality across web applications and services.
- Collaborate with developers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality-focused feedback.
- Develop automated test scenarios where applicable.
- Support testing of AI-powered features and intelligent user experiences.
- Verify API integrations, workflows, and cloud-based functionality.
- Track, document, and communicate defects throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of software quality assurance experience.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
- Experience testing web-based applications and APIs.
- Experience in UX Automation.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with test automation frameworks and automation tools.
- Exposure to AWS cloud environments.
- Experience testing AI/GenAI-enabled applications.
- Familiarity with performance, security, and integration testing.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and quality gates.
- Experience working with distributed global teams.
