Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative – Deliver Exceptional Service and Support!

Are you passionate about helping customers, solving problems, and ensuring seamless service experiences? We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our Sales Administration & Aftersales team within the broader Sales function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with reservations, billing, and service-related issues throughout the rental and aftersales process.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Provide clear, accurate information on rental policies, vehicle options, and related services.
- Ensure a positive and memorable customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Support administrative and specialized tasks with growing autonomy, contributing to overall team efficiency.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to deliver exceptional service and support.
