About this role

Who are we?

Liontown Limited (ASX: LTR) is an ASX listed company with a focus on battery minerals. We aim to be an ESG leader in the resources sector and a globally significant provider of battery minerals for the rapidly growing clean energy market. We will do this by finding, developing and supplying the battery minerals required by the rapidly growing electric vehicle and energy storage industries.

We control two major lithium deposits in Western Australia and have ambition to grow our portfolio through downstream expansion and exploration acquisitions.

Our flagship Kathleen Valley Lithium Project is a Tier 1 hard rock lithium asset, recognised for its scale, grade, and longevity. Now ramping up underground production, Kathleen Valley represents one of the most significant new lithium operations globally and is central to Liontown's long-term growth strategy.

We are building the remuneration capability that a listed company and a growing workforce need, and we are looking for a Lead – Remuneration and Benefits to join our Human Resources team in Perth. This is a full-time, permanent role based at our West Perth office.

About the role

This is the technical remuneration role at Liontown. It sets the frameworks behind how we pay a workforce that runs from operators to executives, covering the annual benchmarking cycle, the remuneration bands, and our Short-Term Incentive ( STI ) and Long-Term Incentive ( LTI ) plans.

Half of the work sits in governance, where the role drafts our Remuneration Report, prepares the papers that go to the Nomination and Remuneration Committee ( NRC ), and builds the materials behind our proxy adviser engagement.

The position reports to the Head of HR and works alongside the Chief People Officer and Company Secretariat. It advises and benchmarks rather than administers. Judgement, accuracy, and discretion matter more than volume of output.

What you will bring

- Significant experience designing and managing remuneration and benefits frameworks, with direct experience in an ASX-listed environment.

- Demonstrated experience drafting or materially contributing to a Remuneration Report.

- Working knowledge of section 300A disclosure requirements, the ASX Listing Rules relevant to equity plans, and the two-strikes regime.

- Practical experience designing and administering STI and LTI plans, including equity plan mechanics and performance testing.

- Experience with job evaluation methodology and formal band architecture.

- Financial modelling capability and a high standard of accuracy under deadline.

- The ability to translate technical remuneration concepts for leaders, and the Board, without losing the substance.

- A tertiary qualification in human resources, commerce, finance or a related discipline.

We would also value:

- Experience in mining, resources, or another capital-intensive sector with a fly-in fly-out ( FIFO ) workforce.

- Exposure to proxy adviser engagement and institutional investor dialogue.

- Workplace Gender Equality Agency ( WGEA ) reporting experience.
