As Construction Area Manager Mechanical (m/f/d) , you will take responsibility for the mechanical scope within a defined construction or building area of our complex high-tech projects in the semiconductor and data center industries . You will ensure that construction activities within your area are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

## Explore your tasks and responsibilities

- Overall responsibility for the execution of mechanical works within a defined construction, building, or project area
- Management and coordination of construction activities, particularly in HVAC, piping, utilities, and building services
- Leadership and coordination of the project team and subcontractors as well as acting as a key interface with clients, engineering teams, and other disciplines
- Planning and monitoring of schedules, costs, quality, and construction progress, including early identification of risks and deviations
- Ensuring compliance with EHS and quality standards, including site inspections, acceptance activities, and defect management

## Show your expertise

- Technical qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician or a degree in Building Services Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
- Several years of professional experience in site supervision or construction management of mechanical disciplines within complex large-scale projects
- Experience in industrial or plant construction, ideally within the semiconductor or data center industry
- Strong technical knowledge in areas such as HVAC, piping, utilities, process utilities, or building services, combined with experience in leading teams and subcontractors
- Very good German and English skills, at least B2 level, as well as willingness to travel and work on project sites within the D-A-CH region
