We are a hands-on DevOps group supporting both on-prem and cloud environments for our flagship product – Xclarity One.

Our focus is reliability, security, and developer productivity.

What you will do:

- Design, build, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows across multiple environments.
- Operate and enhance containerized infrastructure and orchestration platforms.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices.
- Strengthen platform security and access controls in build and runtime environments.
- Create and maintain clear documentation, runbooks, and handover notes.
- Collaborate with engineering and QA to unblock delivery and improve developer productivity.
- Contribute to planning and execution for releases and platform improvements.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks to increase reliability and speed.
- Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and changes using infrastructure-as-code and policy guardrails.
- Embed DevSecOps practices across the SDLC, integrating security scanning and controls into pipelines and runtime.
- You collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.

What you will bring:

- At least 5 years of hands-on Linux experience and scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
- Solid experience with CI/CD systems and artifact registries. Experience upgrading or maintaining build servers is a plus.
- Proficiency with containers and Kubernetes in at least one major cloud provider and comfort adapting workflows for on-prem environments.
- Strong infrastructure-as-code skills, including hands-on experience with Terraform, and proficiency in configuration management.
- Practical knowledge of monitoring and alerting stacks and email or webhook integrations.
- Working understanding of cloud identity, secrets management, and least-privilege access patterns.
- Experience troubleshooting across the stack and writing clear, reproducible documentation and runbooks.

Nice to have:

- GitOps tooling such as ArgoCD. On-prem packaging and deployment patterns
- Experience defining or reporting DORA metrics and reliability KPIs.
- Prior contributions to security and compliance practices in CI/CD or runtime.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud governance best practices.
- Bachelor of Computer Science or similar
