Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Industry know how-
Knowledge of various commodities to understand trends in the market like, Paints, NVH, Adhesives, Sealant etc.
- Basic knowledge of Paints, technical background of Panits will also do. - Paint, NVH & Sealant supplier industry, mfg. processes
- Industry study, Product study, Technologies and Trends, Spend analysis, Design and cost drivers, M&M Business needs, Strategy Options, Strategy recommendations and approval
- Cost Management –
Knowledge of Paint, chemicals & NVH formulations and technical details about the same
- Negotiation, alternate sourcing, localization, VAVE
- Capacity Management - Detailed capacity analysis, Gap analysis and action planning and effective execution
- Supplier Management -Onsite supplier assessments, identification of Gaps, action planning and monitoring, Lead Discussion and Negotiations
- Adherence to Statutory requirement for Audit
- Legal knowledge is added advantage

## Education Qualification
B.Tech - Paint Technology, or Chemicals Engineering or equivalent degree.
