Experienced Roll-Off Driver
## Location : Brooklyn NY
Employment Type : Full-time
Pay Range : $34.60–$36.30/hour (based on relevant experience)
Schedule: Overnight
Waste connections is looking for a safety-conscious and dependable Roll-Off Driver to join our growing team in Brooklyn, NY. This is a physically demanding outdoor role that plays a vital part in keeping our communities clean and running efficiently—all year round.
Responsibilities
- ## Operate roll-off garbage trucks on designated routes
- ## Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation
- ## Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- ## Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- ## Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- ## Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation regulations
Requirements
- ## Valid Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement (minimum)
- ## Clean driving record
- ## Ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly
- ## Comfort working outdoors in varied weather
- ## 2-5 years of Roll-Off Experience required
