Key purpose of the Job
As the Executive – Embellishment, you will be responsible for managing embellishment operations to ensure the timely availability of quality embellished components in line with production plans. The role involves driving process improvements, optimizing material utilization, achieving functional KPIs, and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards and organizational guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative embellishments and buyer-approved samples.
- Analyze artwork, fabrics, costing, and ensure brand compliance.
- Manage trims, suppliers, and cost-effective embellishment solutions.
- Drive smooth bulk execution through troubleshooting and quality compliance.
- Ensure on-time delivery, cross-functional coordination, and continuous innovation.
Education
Bachelors’ Degree/Diploma in Clothing Technology.
## Experience
1-3 years of experience in cutting and embellishment operations, including leadership responsibilities.
