What you will do
- Contribute to one of our most business-critical systems
- Build React UI components with TypeScript and Material UI
- Develop Java microservices with Spring Boot and Hibernate
- Integrate with other business systems using REST APIs
- Write clean, tested and maintainable code
- Work in an AI-assisted workflow: we use Claude Code and JetBrains AI daily and experiment with new AI tools
- Share your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing to team-wide learning and growth
What we expect
- Have at least 1 year of experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Have experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React
- Are comfortable with Git, Gradle and Docker
- Have experience developing integrated systems (REST, SOAP)
- Have solid SQL skills with relational databases such as Oracle and MySQL
- Care about code quality and maintainability: code reviews and unit tests are part of your workflow
- Can read and reason about code you didn’t write, including AI-generated code, rather than accepting it as-is
- Are eager to learn and share knowledge with others
- Communicate well in English, both spoken and written
- Excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Nice to have:
- Experience with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, JetBrains AI or similar)
- Testing with Jest or React Testing Library
- Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Kafka or similar messaging and streaming platforms

Gross salary for this position: 1500-2500 EUR/month.
