Operations
- Learn and perform all warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Develop a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Monitor workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Support daily operational goals while maintaining quality standards.
Leadership Development
- Observe and participate in employee coaching, training, and development.
- Assist supervisors with task assignments and monitoring team performance.
- Develop effective communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Learn workforce planning and labor management practices.
- Participate in leadership development activities and assigned projects.
Safety & Compliance
- Promote a safe work environment and comply with all company safety policies.
- Participate in accident prevention and safety awareness initiatives.
- Assist with maintaining operational compliance and housekeeping standards.
Team Support
- Serve as a positive role model demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
- Build productive working relationships with employees across departments.

Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or related operational experience.
- Demonstrated reliability, strong attendance record, and a solid work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications.
Preferred
- Prior leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience.
- Experience in warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
