For the holiday season, we are looking for a flexible, motivated, dynamic, energetic and inspiring team member to support our Prague Store with immediate effect as:
SEASONAL (M/F/D)
Your Responsibilities:
- Hospitality Support – You’ll help the team ensure a first-class in-store experience. This includes warmly greeting our customers, proactively offering refreshments, and preparing for and assisting with customer appointments.
- Customer Service – Excellent customer service is an integral part of the Tiffany & Co. experience. You provide positive, proactive customer service and impress customers with your friendly demeanor and appropriate, reliable communication.
- Merchandise Care – You are responsible for the accurate and meticulous care of the merchandise inventory, as well as for adhering to the relevant Tiffany & Co. standards.
Your Qualifications:
- You are fluent in Czech and have very good English language skills
- Ideally, you have experience in retail, working at a cash register, or similar roles in the restaurant and hospitality industry
- You impress with your friendly and professional approach to a high-end clientele
- You enjoy working as part of a team, are reliable, and are highly flexible regarding your work schedule and workload
- You are motivated and eager to learn
