Job Description:

Position Title:                   Paint Operative

Location:                            Ballymoney

Reporting to:                    Production Manager

Hours of work :                39 hours

We require driven and enthusiastic Team Members who are capable of working in a team orientated environment where we manufacture mobile screening equipment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

·      Load and unload production line

·      Spray painting

·      Shot Blasting

·      Meet production targets while maximising efficiency

·      Ensuring the safe and controlled movement of production parts

·      Ensure Health & Safety is adhered to at all times

·      Working as part of a team to develop continuous improvement

Desirable Skills

·      Previous experience in a similar role, preferable

·      Previous experience in a quality driven environment

·      Strong communication skills

·      Have a proactive approach to problem solving

·      Proven Organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan, organise and control daily workload

·      Ability to work under pressure and be fully dependable and reliable

·      Ability to use own initiative and work with minimal supervision
