The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance on a variety of machines to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Job Description
Preferred Skills
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery to identify and address potential issues.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machines to ensure their smooth operation.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with production teams to understand and address equipment-related challenges.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Recommend improvements to enhance machine reliability and performance.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Machine Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant degree is a plus.
