We are currently searching for a highly motivated and exuberant Wellness Manager to lead our Spa and Wellness operations, including wellness programming and experiences in partnership with Anatomy, our fitness facility. This individual will provide leadership, support, and direction to the team while ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience across all wellness offerings. Most importantly, we’re looking for the kind of unflappable, confident individual who can consistently deliver a serene, world-class luxury spa experience while bringing creativity, innovation, and a passion for holistic well-being to our broader wellness programming.
About you...
Passionate about hospitality, spa, wellness, fitness, and guest service, with a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
Advanced knowledge of spa operations, with experience in fitness and wellness programming highly desired.
Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
