About this role
Love making things? Spend your days preserving pop-culture history.
PrideStaff is searching on behalf of our client, a unique and rapidly growing organization in West Palm Beach that designs and builds custom, museum-quality displays for prized collectibles.
If you are creative, hands-on, and genuinely enjoy the process of making things, this is the perfect opportunity. Every day, our client’s team handles incredible pieces of pop-culture history, from vintage action figures and classic video games to rare sports memorabilia and movie collectibles.
Our client’s facility is a unique, energetic environment where the music is playing, the team is collaborative, and the work is deeply satisfying. If you have a background in model building, crafting, framing, carpentry, or detailed assembly, your skills will translate perfectly here.
What You’ll Do (And Why It’s Fun)
You will be the artisan who brings custom displays to life. This is a highly tactile, hands-on role where no two days are exactly the same:
Create & Build: Assemble, polish, and chemically weld high-quality, custom acrylic display cases.
Preserve History: Safely mount and secure priceless collectibles inside their custom displays.
Own the Quality: Run detailed "eagle-eye" checks for dust, alignment, or imperfections to ensure the finished piece is flawless.
Collaborate: Work alongside a passionate team to meet daily goals and support prep, packing, or shipping when needed.

Who Thrives in This Role
You do not need to be a collector to thrive here, but you do need to care about craftsmanship. We are looking for:
A Maker at Heart: You love working with your hands, basic tools, and detailed assembly.
Detail-Obsessed: You notice the tiny scratches, dust specks, or misalignments that others walk right past.
Physically Active: You are comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout an 8-hour shift, and can lift up to 50 lbs.
Proud of Your Work: You get a kick out of looking at a finished product and knowing you made it perfect.
