Senior Process Technology Specialist- Your future position?

As the Senior Process Technology Specialist, you will establish and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable production. You will resolve process and quality issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product commercialization, and drive continuous improvement through PDCA, LEAN, and Givaudan Production System methodologies.

In this position, you will directly report to the Head of Operations, T&W Malaysia and will be based in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.

Sounds interesting? In this exciting role you also will be responsible in:

- Act as the site's Process Technology expert, providing technical support to manufacturing operations and leading the troubleshooting of product, ingredient, and process-related challenges.
- Drive industrialization activities by establishing and maintaining manufacturing instructions, production versions, and change management processes, while partnering with FC&A teams to ensure products are successfully commercialized and aligned with manufacturing capabilities.
- Lead process optimization initiatives to improve yield, efficiency, capacity, and operational performance across Powder Blending, Snack Seasoning, and other production technologies through data-driven analysis, trials, and implementation of innovative solutions.
- Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities focused on recipe optimization, portfolio simplification, complexity reduction, and manufacturing harmonization while maintaining product quality and customer expectations.
- Collaborate closely with Quality, Operations, FC&A, Purchasing, Customer Care, and site leadership teams to resolve critical issues, manage escalations, and drive sustainable business solutions.
- Support Givaudan Production System (GPS) and Continuous Improvement initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities, sharing best practices, and leading projects that enhance manufacturing performance and operational excellence.
- Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and deliver long-term process improvements.

Your professional profile includes:

- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in process technology, product scale-up, manufacturing, industrialization, or process engineering.
- Experience within the flavours, food, ingredients, consumer goods, or related industry is preferred.
- Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes, industrialization, quality systems, and process technologies such as powder blending, liquids compounding, spray drying, or ingredients manufacturing.
- Proven project management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capabilities.
- Experience in Lean or Operational Excellence methodologies is advantageous.
- Strong communication and influencing skills; with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Structured and analytical mindset, with the ability to navigate complex challenges, make sound decisions, and deliver sustainable solutions.
- Agile learner with strong business acumen, customer focus, and a passion for driving results and operational excellence.
