Position Summary

As our Major Gift Manager, you are a relationship-driven fundraising professional responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding a portfolio of major gift donors and prospects capable of giving up to $50,000. Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer (CAO), the MGO plays a central role in growing philanthropic revenue that fuels One Place’s mission of ensuring all children and families are safe, healthy, and living to their fullest potential.

In addition to frontline fundraising, the Major Gift Manager owns the accuracy, integrity, and strategic use of donor data in the organization’s donor management system (CRM), ensuring that gift records, moves-management activity, and reporting give the Advancement team reliable information to make smart, timely decisions. This role blends relationship-building with disciplined data stewardship and is well suited to someone who is as comfortable at a donor’s kitchen table as they are inside a database.

(Note: For the purposes of this description, all of the two 501c3 organizations and the LLC are described as one organization.)
