Hours: Monday through Friday 6:45AM to 3PM.
Hourly Rate: $21.50 per hour!
This position is eligible for a $3,000 Bonus!
$1,500 at 3 Months!
$1,500 at 6 Months!
Job Summary
The Fulfillment Associate III, under the direction of the Shipping Supervisor/Lead, is responsible for safe, accurate and damage-free picking and loading of outbound customer orders/transfers. This team member will display a commitment to our values and operate in a manner that provides value to our team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Contribute to accident-free operations and compliance to all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements and regulations.
Operate forklift to safely load outbound shipments of Azek/James Hardie product, to safely unload inbound receivables, and to move material within facility.
Maintain paperwork for all inbound and outbound shipments. Verify that outbound shipments are damage-free and match packing list exactly. Generate shipment and receiving paperwork using computer-based applications.
Perform order picking of brochures, deck and rail samples in the form of LTL/UPS and generate BOL/Packing list with computer-based applications.
Maintain clean and orderly conditions in warehouse and loading areas using workplace organization methods (i.e. 6S).
Perform additional duties as needed and/or assigned by supervision/management.
Qualifications, Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required.
Demonstrated ability to work within company values.
Must be able to operate industrial saw and be mechanically inclined.
Basic computer skills required. Knowledge of web-based shipping programs and familiarity with shipping terminology is strongly preferred.
Forklift/Stand-up certification or ability to be trained on the job.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong reading, mathematical and comprehension skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to operate RF Scanner and basic computer skills for DSI program.
Must be self-directed and motivated and able to multi-task in fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
Work schedule flexibility to accommodate the needs of the business.

Typical warehouse environment with machine noise and dust. Housekeeping of area required.
