Flexo Sheeter Operator | 1st Shift | $20/hr | Cincinnati, OH
We are seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Flexo Sheeter Operator to operate and maintain sheeting equipment in a printing and manufacturing environment. This role involves cutting rolls of paper, film, and other materials into sheets according to job specifications while maintaining quality and production standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor sheeting equipment.
- Adjust machine settings, cutting blades, and material alignment.
- Inspect finished sheets for accurate measurements, clean cuts, and quality.
- Read work orders and follow production specifications.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Track production output, material usage, and waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and production requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating industrial machinery preferred.
- Printing, converting, sheeting, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to read work orders and use measuring tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $20 per hour
