What this job involves:
At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way — for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees. As the Sr Product Trainer at the India Tech Center (ITC), you will act as matrix manager to coordinate the work of a dedicated team of trainers to plan, execute, and scale JLLT's global customer education initiatives while directly contributing as an individual contributor. In this hybrid leadership and hands-on role, you will partner closely with the Head of Global Learning Services to ensure our ITC team outcomes align with our "Accelerate 2030" 3-Year Strategic Plan, driving critical initiatives such as AI-powered content automation and orchestrated learning journeys. We believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and you will foster this environment by managing team operations, maintaining high-quality instructional standards, and personally creating and delivering both standard out-of-the-box and customized product training to our customers and internal resources.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Mentor senior trainers in the India Tech Center (ITC), overseeing scheduling, workloads, and performance.
- Create, customize, and deliver high-impact product training programs, accommodating both standard out-of-the-box courses and customized learning solutions for customers and internal resources.
- Collaborate with the Head of Global Learning Services to align local team initiatives and individual contributor outputs with the Accelerate 2030 strategic roadmap.
- Oversee the deployment of AI-powered workflows within the ITC training team to reduce content production timelines and optimize efficiency.
- Support the implementation and scaling of multi-touchpoint, role-based orchestrated learning journeys for products like Corrigo.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product and Customer Success, to ensure training alignment with product releases and customer health outcomes.
- Monitor primary scorecard metrics, such as course completion rates, training NPS, and team content creation efficiency.
- Embrace more innovative ways of working and prioritize opportunities to strengthen and advance your career, encouraging the training team to utilize advanced instructional design technologies.
- Review post-training customer feedback and survey results to continuously iterate and improve curriculum delivery.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or a related field; or equivalent professional training experience.
- Proven experience in a training leadership or manager role, specifically guiding instructional designers or corporate trainers.
- Demonstrated success as an individual contributor designing, developing, and facilitating both standard and highly customized software product training.
- Deep experience with modern learning platforms, such as Skilljar LMS, and digital guidance tools like Pendo.
- Proficiency in instructional software and video editing tools, such as Articulate, Adobe, Clip Champ, or Descript.
- Strong project management capabilities with a demonstrated history of managing multiple timelines, budgets, and scheduling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of being an engaging public speaker and educator.
- Experience operating within a fast-paced software-as-a-service (SaaS) or corporate environment.
- Support each other's wellbeing and champion inclusivity and belonging across teams, bringing exceptional interpersonal skills to collaboration with global stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with or implementing corporate training systems for enterprise products like Corrigo Enterprise.
- Familiarity with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Descript) for automated content generation and translation workflows.
- Experience designing or managing multi-tier customer certification programs.
- Knowledge of data integration models mapping learning metrics to customer health and revenue systems.
- Prior experience working within a global tech center or collaborating closely with cross-border, international teams.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage JLL's culture of collaboration, locally and across the globe, to align training outputs with international product goals.
