What You'll Do

As a Working Student , you’ll support the IT Service Team in our Berlin office, helping with installing and configuring notebooks and smartphones with iOS. You’ll take care of the IT equipment in the offices and support video conferences . You’ll also perform organizational activities such as supporting repairs , database maintenance , and storage organization .

What You'll Bring

- You are a full-time enrolled student.
- You communicate competently and professionally in German and have a good knowledge of English.
- You are familiar with Windows, macOS and the major Microsoft Office applications
- You are available to work approximately 20 hours per week (potentially more during semester breaks) within the core working hours of 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
- You have an independent, conscientious, and structured working style.
- You are reliable and flexibly available.
- You enjoy interacting with people and have a strong service orientation.

Who You'll Work With

You will support the responsible IT managers on-site and work with them directly.
