Were looking for a reliable and caring team member to help keep our dining services running smoothly. As a Dietary Aide/Dishwasher, youll play an important part in making mealtimes enjoyable and safe for our residents by keeping the dining room clean, serving meals with a smile, and ensuring our kitchen stays spotless.
Hours: 5:30am - 2:00pm rotating weekends required
What Youll Do
- Clear and clean dishes after each meal.
- Operate and monitor the dishwasher to keep everything running smoothly.
- Make sure dishes, silverware, and cups are clean and sanitized.
- Set up and clear dining tables before and after meals.
- Serve food and beverages to residents with kindness and respect.
- Keep dining areas and workspaces clean and ready for the next shift.
- Support your team and pitch in wherever needed.

Qualifications
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma preferred (but not required).
- Willingness to complete on-the-job training.
- Dependable, cooperative, and ready to learn.
- Someone who enjoys working with people and can follow directions with ease.
- ### Physical Requirements
This role is active and hands-on. You should be comfortable:
Lifting up to 35 lbs.
- Standing, bending, and moving throughout your shift.
- Pushing and pulling food carts and equipment.
- Working in a kitchen environment with heat and cleaning chemicals.
