A Typical Workday

Your day runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm in Meridian, with steady coordination between referral partners and internal teams. Youll start by reviewing new and pending referral activity, then prioritize time-sensitive cases and follow up for missing clinical or coverage information. Midday often includes brief check-ins with nursing and therapy leadership to align on transition timing and documentation needs. As the day progresses, youll update tracking tools, confirm next-step expectations with families and partners, and close out items so handoffs are clear before end of day.

Total Rewards

This full-time, onsite role includes a competitive salary and a benefits package designed to support your health and financial well-being: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage; 401(k); Life Insurance; and Paid Time Off.
