Job Title: Program Manager, Field Development
Reports To: Senior Program Manager, SRCAC
Each year, more than 300,000 children find hope and healing through the network of Children’s Advocacy Centers (CACs) in the United States. The Southern Regional Children’s Advocacy Center (SRCAC) team strives to empower local communities to compassionately and effectively serve children and families impacted by abuse. The National Children’s Advocacy Center (NCAC) is seeking a Program Manager for Field Development to join our mission—to champion and strengthen the global response to child abuse.
Children’s Advocacy Centers (CACs) best serve children and families when they are supported by strong multidisciplinary teams (MDTs), sound organizational practices, and effective statewide networks that connect local programs to resources and each other. SRCAC’s Program Manager for Field Development will help strengthen this critical infrastructure by identifying unmet needs, advancing professional practice, and creating opportunities for learning and collaboration among professionals at CACs, State Chapters, and partner organizations.

We provide training and consultation to Children’s Advocacy Centers, Chapters, and MDTs in the Southeastern United States, working collaboratively with partners across the CAC field.
SRCAC champions excellence in service, forward-thinking leadership, and thriving organizational cultures. We envision a CAC field that drives transformative change by ensuring everyone has the support they need—from children and families impacted by abuse to the professionals who serve them. Across the Southern Region, SRCAC serves 16 State Chapters and more than 400 Children’s Advocacy Centers.
