About this role

- Lead on-site rollout of RedCat POS across Australian restaurants

- Build and maintain RedCat lab environments for menu, pricing, recipe, and inventory configuration

- Design and validate menu and data structures in partnership with Data & Menu Governance

- Execute integration testing with Abcom BOH systems (inventory, reporting, financial workflows)

- Validate digital ordering and aggregator integrations (Deliverect) and related test cases

- Support kiosk, payments, and peripheral integrations as part of the full restaurant stack

- Conduct store readiness assessments and lead cutover planning with Ops

- Be on-site for go-live and hypercare support; coordinate rapid triage with vendors and Ops

- Serve as the primary in-market IT partner to Ops and franchisees during rollout activities

- Document rollout playbooks, decision logs, issues, and resolutions to enable repeatable deployments

- Build and own the full market conversion plan: wave sequencing, site readiness criteria, cutover windows, resourcing and contingency.

- Define, communicate and execute the hardware replacement plan. Site surveys are complete; this role turns the findings into a costed plan by restaurant, agrees it with Operations and franchisees, and manages specification, procurement and delivery so equipment is in place ahead of each wave.

- Maintain menus, pricing and promotions across both the legacy POS and RedCat throughout the transition, including online ordering and aggregator channels.

- Communicate the plan and progress to Operations, franchisees and International IT through regular status reporting and readiness reviews.

- Plan and execute the reporting and polling cutover for each wave: move each converted restaurant onto the new sales polling and reporting feeds, retire the legacy feed, and confirm daily sales and financial data land correctly in CKE reporting before the site is signed off.

- Support the mobile app migration and related guest communications during the conversion period.

- Take over the existing lab environments, menu structures, playbooks and open issues from prior work, and keep documentation current for handover.
