About the Role
You will support Accounts Receivable (AR), helping balance customer credit needs with financial risk and compliance requirements.
What Youll Do
- Evaluate and determine creditworthiness for new and existing customers
- Communicate credit decisions and concerns to internal teams and customers
- Review credit requests for extended show terms
- Update customer terms, credit limits, and supporting account documentation
- Contact customers to obtain resale and tax exemption certificates and help increase tax compliance rates
- Monitor Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO) tax issues and coordinate follow-up with internal and external customers
- Assist with audits and tax compliance activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
What Were Looking For
- Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- 3+ years of experience
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience using AS400 and/or Oracle software
