Qualifications

What makes you stand out?

- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in residential service and repair

- Strong ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems

- Working knowledge of HVAC electrical and mechanical components

- Relevant HVAC certifications or licenses

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities

- Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, professional work environment

- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Diagnostics & Repair

- Inspect and assess HVAC systems in residential properties to accurately identify issues

- Perform repairs and replace defective parts to restore system functionality and efficiency

- Conduct routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance

Customer Communication & Service

- Communicate clearly with clients, explaining diagnoses, repairs, and recommendations

- Provide expert advice on system maintenance, upgrades, and energy-efficient solutions

- Ensure every customer interaction reflects professionalism, care, and technical expertise

Safety & Compliance

- Adhere to company procedures and industry standards for safety and environmental practices

- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes

- Keep work areas organized and ensure proper handling of tools and materials

Documentation & Collaboration

- Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and repair documentation

- Coordinate with office staff and other technicians for scheduling and follow-ups

- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to enhance technical skills
