Significant experience advising digital platform, ad tech, or online commerce businesses, either in-house or at a leading law firm.

Experience with analyzing and applying U.S. and non-U.S. laws and regulations (e.g., federal and state UDAP, digital platform, and AI laws, EU DSA, EU DMA, EU AI Act, UK CMA guidance, etc.).
Prior legal experience in-house or with a large national or international law firm.
A get-it-done attitude where no task is too big or too small for you to take on.
Creativity, curiosity, and a team-first approach.
